The mBizTrack Solution
The mBizTrack solution enables organisations to track, in real time, the location of their users. This enables work orders to be dispatched more efficiently; routes planned more effectively; and can be a critical tool in accident and disaster recovery.
Integrated with a complete desktop mapping solution and full remote client administration, the Track & Trace solution can add Location Based Services to any BlackBerry deployment.
The mBizTrack Technology
The mBizTrack solution is designed to work with Bluetooth enabled BlackBerry handhelds. Coupled with a Bluetooth enabled GPS device, such as the RoyalTek RBT-1000 and the mBizTrack software from mBiztech, the BlackBerry is able to stream coordinates back to a server. An Administration Colsole enables the Administrator to remotely set specific parameters, such as; how often points should be uploaded to the server; and how long data should be retained on the handheld. Each handheld is capable of uploading it’s location, speed, heading, distance traveled, time captured, and the device PIN number.
Microsoft MapPoint Integration
The mBizTrack solution integrates directly with Microsoft’s SQLServer and MapPoint products to provide a cost effective system. The MapPoint integration includes a desktop application that can display each users current location. It can also be used to display a user’s path, including historic data.
GeoFencing Features
Geographic regions can be defined and assigned to users. Alerts and PDF reports can be generated whenever a user enters or leaves and assigned GeoFence.
Flexible Deployment
The mBizTrack solution can be deployed in either a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) environment, or in a non-BES environment, making it an ideal location-based solution for both large and small/medium sized businesses.
The mBizTrack system can also operate in combination with the mForms and mBizmap solutions, also from mBiztech, enabling to ability to dispatch work orders, and other relevant information to BlackBerry users based on their location.
