APPLICATION SECURITY

The mDB server component integrates with the Blackberry Enterprise Server using the Mobile Data Service providing a secure tunnel with end-to-end data encryption for users to access their corporate databases from outside the Enterprise firewall.

Blackberry users can access Lotus Notes, Oracle, SQLServer, DB2 and other database systems simply by logging in using their ID and password. Once authenticated by the system, database records can be viewed and edited in real-time for all authorized personnel to access and review.
